What is the "Share A Smile" Referral Program?
The "Share A Smile" Referral Program is designed to harness the power of the community to spread wellness and positivity. Every time you refer a new patient to Northwest Dental, we contribute a portion to our Give A Smile Project. This project is dedicated to providing necessary dental treatments to local residents in Omaha or surrounding communities who might otherwise be unable to afford them.
Share A Smile Referal Program: How Does It Work?
Participating in the "Share A Smile" Program is easy and rewarding:
- Refer a Friend: Tell your friends, family, and colleagues about your exceptional care and the experts at Northwest Dental.
- Give Back: For every new patient who schedules a visit on your recommendation, we donate to the Give A Smile Project.
- Earn Rewards: Both you and the new patient you referred will receive a $50 credit towards your next visit! It's a win-win!

Nominate A Smile: How It Works
Our Give A Smile Project is an initiative designed to support individuals in need of dental treatment and dental coverage through our in-house Dental Savings Plan (an alternative to dental insurance). We understand the importance of a healthy smile in fostering stronger, happier communities in Nebraska, and we’re excited to invite you to be part of this meaningful endeavor.
If you know someone who could benefit from donated dental treatments and a year of coverage through our Dental Savings Plan, nominate them today by filling out our simple nomination form. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or community member, we’re here to help transform smiles and improve oral health.
- Complete the Nomination Form: Start by filling out our simple nomination form before July 31st.
- Nominee Selection: Our team will review nominations and select individual(s) based on their dental needs and circumstances. You can find more information about the nomination selection process by reading our terms and conditions. Recipients will be notified by phone and email in August. Suppose the recipients do not respond to our notification and/or cannot complete the comprehensive oral exam at Northwest Dental office within a month of being notified. In that case, such potential winners will be disqualified.
** To be eligible, applicants and nominees must be residents of Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota between the ages of 8 and 80 and live within a 50-mile radius of Northwest Dental. - Give A Smile Transformation: Once selected, the nominee will receive $1,500 in donated dental treatments and a year of coverage through our Dental Savings Plan, all thanks to your nomination.
